If it cannot be repaired or replaced, then either a substitute item at the customers approval will be sent. If no substitute is available, then a refund will be issued less shipping charge.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Every effort has been made in keeping stock levels current, however as we also run a physical shop, stock may be sold before is updated on the web shop. Should this occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with re-stock times or to discuss alternatives.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only, shipping via Australia ExpressPost, international registered post for New Zealand.
Rates are as follows: Australia
- order to $100 value shipping charge is $7
- orders from $101 to $150 value shipping charge is $10
- orders from $151 to $299 shipping charge is $15
- orders $300 or over shipping FREE
New Zealand shipping rates:
- orders to $99 value, shipping charge is $15
- orders from $100 to $499 shipping charge is $25
- orders $500 or over shipping is FREE
Shipping times
- Australia 2 to 3 days
- New Zealand 5 to 7 days
PAYMENTS
Payment won't be processed until order is ready to ship. Orders are processed within two business days if in stock. If not in stock you will be contacted with a shipping time
